Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. All unworn and unwashed items, purchased at full price, with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to return an item, simply email us at returns@mybasics.co.uk with your order number and request a return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as easy as possible.
